Feeling Stressed? Overwhelmed?

In my practise,  I often see patterns which can be reflected across continents. The energetic disturbance is widespread and therefore these are not a local issues. These wider vibrations affecting people around the world can be very destabilising and add to our overall state of stress.  

When we are stressed we tend to fight more as the autonomic nervous system is over-activated. Human nature is to blame others for our perceived stress. Symptoms are wide and varied but can include feeling stressed, anxious, with low mood, and  fatigue. Research shows that 10% of the adult population of the world suffers from chronic debilitating fatigue. And those are only the people who are diagnosed.

I suffered from chronic fatigue for 8 long years following treatment for cancer, and it was such a difficult time in my life. Having found a solution I am one of the lucky ones.

As a therapist I cannot treat very many people one to one, so I train practitioners with skills in integrating The Acmos Method into their practise. In addition to this training I have recently trialled is a new way of working with groups to reach more people through the power of bioenergetic healing.

Building a bridge for orphans in Nepal by offering guidance, support, and essential life skills as they transition into adulthood. Our mission is to assist them with this transition and equip them with the necessary tools for living in the “real world.”

Carol, a Health professional with over 30 years experience, has been teaching the ACMOS Method for 13 years having come across the Method whilst seeking answers to her own health problems - A lymphoma left her with massively debilitated with chronic fatigue, pain and loss of self for 8 years after which time she vowed to work with the whole person, their past, their inherited patterns, their future aspirations and their environment. 

Little did she know, in 2006, how her life would be changed and the world would open up to new perspectives on health and well-being. More and more people want to work at a more profound level to clear their patterns and blocks and ACMOS is like having a unique set of keys and a dictionary for translating what the body is trying to say.
